NEAC Programme
National Environment Awareness Campaign
National Environment Awareness Campaign (NEAC) is a national level programme launched by the MOEF. The campaign focus on scientific environment issues of national and local importance.
The NGO's, educational and training institutions, professional associations, scientific bodies, community organisations can participate in the campaign and maximum funding upto Rs.30,000/- is provided to any NGO/Institution. The NEAC theme is decided by the MOEF. The Council has been designated as a Regional Resource Agency for HP by MOEF to co-ordinate the NEAC activities in the State.
